Most of my colleagues were great to work with.

Manager was a bully and would sell out of date confectionery items as they 'still looked fresh' Area manager didn't care when I raised the issue and did nothing about it. Got told if I filed a grievance then I would lose my job due to the bias of the area manager who would be investigating as her 'liked the managers style of work' If they're happy with a bully ruining their shop that's on them but customers need to be aware that their purchases may not be fresh and out of date.

Good quality products, made selling relatively straight forward

Hours, pay, under staffed, no progression or further training
