      Pros

      It was a great place to learn more about operations and working with the therapists to build their practices was a plus!

      Cons

      Management is unaware and incompetent. The CEO is so controlling and a micromanager that his presence alone will make you miserable. He berates his employees and refuses to compensate them fairly. No opportunities for advancement.

      Great support team, good pay, solid leads.

      Matching process needs improved. New hires receive many leads then it slows down.

      NONE, They control everything you do.

      Cons

      CEO lies and says you start out as a 1099 and then can become a W2 but he keeps you as a contract to avoid the IRS and paying taxes. Downloads a spying software on your PERSONAL computer.
