Great philosophy for a recruitment business working in an exciting market - Artificial intelligence - Business Development Manager Reflection X Employee Review

Since joining Reflection, I have been trusted with the responsibility of building an additional arm of the business. I have loved every moment of working with them. The entire team has been incredibly supportive when I was going through a difficult time. Coming from working in big corporate organizations like banking and the Big 4, I couldn't imagine working elsewhere now. The culture and ethos of Reflection is incredibly welcoming and enjoyable. I wake up excited to work everyday. Since starting my career in Recruitment at Reflection, I have learnt so much - not only to be the best recruiter that I can be but also the best person I can be. I am able to be challenged in a positive environment so I can continually learn and improve my skills. I am getting to work within the AI market which is a very exciting and growing market, to be a part of. I have full ownership of my projects and I am getting the opportunity to travel and live internationally - something which previously I would have never had the opportunity to do so.
