Tutor Role - Tutor Reflections Training Academy Employee Review

I worked at Reflections Training Academy and throughout my time there, even through a challenging COVID-19 pandemic, I really enjoyed my time! I always received fantastic support from both colleagues and management and the relationships between the staff members and students makes the place really enjoyable to work in! The working environment is pretty fast paced but management were always there if needed along with my colleague who were always super friendly.

Working with reflection training academy has its many benefits as follows ; *Working with a diverse and united team * Additional training/ courses *1-1 meetings and feedback *Set goals and structure * Team building days out * Guiding learners to their goals in life * Bonuses * Free hair treatment Since Reflections is a well known business they still bring care and encouragement through out my time there. The management team are helpful and knowledgeable and also can have a bit of banter too. Even when I was struggling they gave me a one to one meeting to discuss how they could improve my work load and setting out a structured day to day list, as everyone works and learns differently. This then made me find my balance and job easier for me. My fellow team members made my stay there enjoyable and encouraging, they also setup my work area ready for me to start. Reflections training academy also have a interest in things such as having a celebrating employees birthdays etc . The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process.

Working at reflections does have cons but enjoyable ones! It is fast paced some days as we strive to ensure the learner comes first. However you do have a days where it will be quiet, this is the best time to get your admin work done!
