Overall it’s a good place to work. The level of training provided is strong, particularly around enterprise level access control systems. Training is practical, relevant and helpful for future career. There’s a good mix of hands on work and problem solving and engineers are trusted to get on with the job

Workload can be heavy at times and priorities can change quickly which can be challenging if you prefer everything to be planned well in advance. Some processes could be streamlined but nothing out of the ordinary
