If you’re not apart of the clique you’re singled out, if someone in the clique don’t like you for unknown reasons they will complain to management and you pretty much get in trouble or a target on your back. Management has a poor management style and technique. You get bullied by the clique and talked to as if you’re 3yrs old and nothing’s done. Very hostile environment. Training is not long enough and the expectations are to high for material not well trained on. Manager has personal friendships with reps that interfere with the work environment and makes it uncomfortable.
