Pros
Disclaimer: These are my perspectives up until I left in 2017. - Annual profit sharing was usually enormous (20 to 25% of base salary) - Retirement plan was massive (in 1 year had same amount as another company that took 5 years) - Offices were brand new as of, I think, 2015 - Management was pursuing growth in diverse markets - New manager brought in right before I left was very practical, level headed, reasonable, easy to work with
Cons
- Specific people in management are very difficult to work with - Specific coworkers are extremely demeaning with impunity. Interactions with them were commonly negative and productivity suffered as a result. - Lack of leadership - Extreme lack of collaboration and community (due to lack of leadership) - Very little support in daily work activities - Lots of pointing fingers and blame game by most - Shop personnel has very poor leadership from the office. They're reprimanded for things that at times weren't well communicated in the first place. Lack of clear and consistent standards, direction, expectations, and support. - Base pay is very low
