Only If you have no options. Weekly pay can't outweigh the toxic culture and stress. Don't work here. - Anonymous employee RefrigiWear Employee Review

Pros

Weekly Pay, OK insurance (they act like it's God's gift tho. It's mostly standard}

Cons

Less pay and less bonus year after year, constant stress and burnout, poor decisions from leadership that have never taken responsibity for them, blame culture, politics on politics, favoritism. Brown nosing and yes manning will get you everywhere. Hot and cold leadership. Say one thing, do another. Taking away benefits for no reason (work from home hybrid). Poor communication. Confusing strategy. Long drawn out town halls that are all about leaders patting themselves on the back. CEO needs to be center of attention and never questined. Open door policy is preached, but everyone knows better. Most departments are a revolving door. Nobody can even keep up with coworkers names because they are gone by the time you meet them twice. Poor morale. Very bad culture. HR makes things worse rather than better. Private conversations are repeated. Those doing the worse jobs get promoted somehow.

Pros

The company is growing rapidly, so there are lots of opportunities to increase your knowledge about what to and not to do during constant merger and acquisitions.

Cons

Middle management is often critiqued for issues that trickle down from senior leadership’s inability to foster new ideas or ask for the budget to fix archaic processes. They often expect you to commute between their Alpharetta and Dahlonega offices for company events with no regard for how the increase in drive time might affect your personal life. The finance and sales teams have had revolving doors the last several years due to poor leadership, so be weary if considering roles in either of these departments. On average, their pay for middle management roles is roughly $15 -$40k less than most companies, and women need not apply for anything past a Senior Manager role as anything Director and above is reserved for men that take their golf too seriously.
