Pros
Some really great people I enjoyed working with. Pretty good work/life balance. You get nice cookware at a cheap price as an employee.
Cons
Overall, very poorly run. Recently there has been high turnover. When I started it was mostly people who've been there 20+ years, not anymore. Most of the projects I worked on in Product Development were months or years of work and then scrapped before release. They waste so much money. They dissolved and laid off most of my department. I stayed on but they didn't really think through what my new role would be. The core values are constantly preached but not really followed. No profit sharing was given 2 out of 3 years I was there, no retirement matching. 2 years ago I would've given it 4 or 5 stars. Certain new people have completely ruined the culture and the company has done nothing to correct it. Meetings are now extremely toxic and no one wants to speak up.
