Cons
Management fails their employees by not supporting them, allowing a hostile work environment to cause mental health challenges to employees. There is favoritism to the employees who fail to meet the minimum requirements and the productive employees have to pick up the slack. Productive employees then become burned out and work long hours with little pay. All employees that work hard are not rewarded but the lazy ones are the ones that get raises and acknowledgement. The head of departments lie about their education, knowledge and certifications but demand that their employees have them. It is disheartening to see so many good people leave this company because they are tired of being unappreciated. Regency Management belittles the validity of the issues that are more and more prevalent in their business practices. They lack moral and ethical behavior that is evident after your probationary period if not right after you are hired. .
