Pros
Flexibility - Our families come first, and Regency is so good about allowing us to take care of family matters. Great Pay - Very fair compensation with regular reviews, and increases in salary. Friendly and fun co-workers. We have potlucks, moral building events, and fun events. Fully stocked breakroom with snacks, beverages, and food.
Cons
While there are no cons that I can think of for Regency in particular, every job has it's cons. In property management, it can be a challenge to attend to all of the homeowners, Board members, and vendors.
