Pros

Regital offered a nice loft workspace and some basic benefits like snacks. Bonuses were offered but rarely given. If you like to party, there is a bar in the office and some roadshow type events that happen.

Cons

The lovely office space couldn’t cover the fact that this companies operations and ‘board members’ always seemed off. We were advised there was flexible working hours, only to be told we should be in the office before 9am to accept client calls. Long periods or reoccurring sickness wasn’t tolerated and the HR representative (who is outsourced but has an investment in the company) basically didn’t have any empathy for any of the employees. The way the business was run seemed immoral and often haphazard. Unfortunately it’s one of those companies that is purely focused at lining the board members pockets, with no consideration of employees roles, responsibilities or futures.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your time at Regital. Over the last twelve months, we've introduced a results focused framework that ensures company goals are clear to everyone. It seems you may have misunderstood the company ownership makeup. Although this is in the public domain, we'll make sure it's communicated to avoid future confusion.

Pros

Regital works with key agencies and brands across the UK and Ireland so is a great opportunity to help plan and develop campaigns for household name brands. A great place to work to learn and develop - what you put into the business you get back via bonus and reward schemes - e.g. Quarterly Bonuses, Recognition in company meetings, Employee of the Quarter etc. A great company to contribute to and help shape the business - all ideas and suggestions are welcome from all levels. A friendly and inclusive team - a great place to make new friends. Perks include; flexible working, health insurance, in house bar, social events, wellbeing initiatives, good coffee machine, company away-days - uk and abroad. The company is at the forefront of innovation in digital media and as such there is always new products/way of working which provides invaluable experience to any who would like a career in digital media.

Cons

One of the things that makes this company great is it’s agile nature. However this can me adapting to change quite frequently in all teams within the business. This can mean a change in direction of the project which suits an open minded flexible individual not one focussed on fixed processes and results. The open plan office has lots of windows and is a great city centre office but can be a little bright/hot over the summer months and a little cold in winter.
