      It's family business. Satyen Sanghavi directly get CSO position because it's his father business. But such a immature guy. Who feels everyone slaves in his company. He will fire you anytime with no reason.He has no value of anybody but he is CSO.HR ITSELF SAYS ITS MANAGMENT DISICION so they want to say it's boss disicion we are not part of MANAGMENT. Wow what a company manegement. If you working with MNC plz do not go there. Company culture is bad then BMC culture.CSO do not know how to talk. What to do. Such confusing CSO I never seen in my 7 years carrier.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance, amazing personnel, and advisory board. Completely configurable product to fit any enterprise process. Lots of cannabis-specific experience along with supply chain and process automation. Not just a boys club!

      Cons

      So far nothing that I can call out, every startup has its growing pains and no company is a bed of roses. The staff at Regrow is well versed in handling such pains as many of them have been with other startups.
