      Learn being a Baniya

      The Lab facility is located in Lonavala which gets heavy rains. as a result the facility gets affected . Tissue culture are contaminated with Fungus . Quality Control is poor Government inspections are "managed" by giving bribes by management. These people should be in Jail.

      Great work-life balance, amazing personnel, and advisory board. Completely configurable product to fit any enterprise process. Lots of cannabis-specific experience along with supply chain and process automation. Not just a boys club!

      Cons

      So far nothing that I can call out, every startup has its growing pains and no company is a bed of roses. The staff at Regrow is well versed in handling such pains as many of them have been with other startups.
