      Pros

      Family feel, flexible working culture, home working permitted, real team feel, supportive environment, everyone helps each other and senior managers frequently thank personnel for there efforts.

      Cons

      No major cons. Lack of water coolers/dispensers and no free coffee but not really an issue as you can just take your own!

      Good money, built in ot first year earnings around 80-90k depending on your progression and how much ot you take on

      Cons

      Swing shift, mom and pop operation, unstable budget for project fixing equipment, dealing with different work styles and work ethics
