      work life balance is ok

      Cons

      Promotions are limited to upper management, and disturbingly, some truly unqualified people were promoted. I can’t make sense of it. I don't see the future.

      Pros

      Famous company in Finland and everyone knows.

      Cons

      It is a famous Finnish company. However recent company situation is quite negative. There’re many negative events going on among past few years. Many layoffs, leaders don’t care the hired, unstable situations and so on. Never make it to good position outside Finland as competition is way too much. Should check their finances. Be careful if you wanna have stable mindset without worrying about being fired.
