Pros
A lot of people are high experinced and willing to teach. The company tries to use latest technologies in their projects. Very balanced process of trying new things. The company award it's empoyees and do it fairly.
Cons
The company works lately with the russian government and makes the work awful. No clear requirements, no clear deadlines, a lot of traveling to Moscow to show, discuss and so on. Very nervous. Some great guys left the company because of this. If you make a hardwork and pull up the entire project - don't expect a good money benefit, 500$ is the most you can get.
