- Everybody is pretty equally respected, despite the job position. - Individual possibility to grow within the company, even cross department. - Open ear for everything you have on your soul - AMAZING bi-annual Summits in a different European city - Bitcoin only - we really live that - Company credit card that makes company expenses really smooth, not like many others where this is a complex process at its own. - work-life balance in a remote environment is of course better than commuting every day, but remember that in a startup environment to really stand out you either have to be very efficient or/and work some extra hours and go that extra mile. It is not expected, but if you want to grow, you need to be proactive and always give 110%. Basically like in every company. - Great leadership team and line managers. Very professional and experienced despite being a very young team.

- Salary is in the mid-range if you compare to startups, and on the bottom range if compared to bigger companies. But not bad at all. - More local benefits for employees in their country like job bike possibilities, any tax related benefits etc. - Absolute legal minimum PTO only despite the usual amount given by companies is a lot higher in average.

Working at Relai has been an amazing journey. If you’ve gone deep down the rabbit hole, this place feels like home :) The people are awesome. Everyone’s smart, humble, and genuinely motivated. You can talk with your colleagues about self-custody setups, conferences, or just life ( bitcoiner life :D ) and there’s always someone who gets it. It’s so rare to find a team like this! I’ve grown a lot since I joined. Working in a fast-growing startup can be tough sometimes, things move crazy fast, but it’s super rewarding. The shared wins, the progress, the feeling when we hit something together it's the best part :) Relai stays true to Bitcoin and gives you space to do your thing, learn, and build something real.

Sometimes the fast pace can be a bit intense things move quickly and you need to adapt fast. You have to be independent and take ownership. Working remotely has many benefits but can be challenging sometimes. But that’s also part of what makes it exciting!
