Pros

Every cons is a top most pros to consider

Cons

No work ethics sadistic work culture Immature & unprofessional work environment Micro management at its peaks Mental torture No Respect at all 9AM to 10PM timings, if we questioned about it, they say “ we are paying you more than enough “ No proper communication by management & proper approach towards client projects, if you took the responsibility & try to make it correct, higher management ego got triggered and they make you feel wrong of doing good things with out asking them. Harsh words by managers. Even the Exit process is much more frustrating. Final Note : 4 out of 4 newly joined employees left the company in just 3 months & I am one of them.

Pros

- People are friendly in office and are willing to help you - Encourage you to upskill yourself and invest in your learning by providing free access to Udemy and reimbursement of fees from certifications - Get to work with new/emerging technologies - Work-life balance is good but honestly depends on your project - Free lunch provided everyday in office and occasional company-sponsored socials (e.g. happy hours)

Cons

- Low salary compared to industry standards - No stocks, bonuses, raises, 401(k) matching, and sick leave - No opportunities for career growth - No defined organizational structure, meaning no appraisals whatsoever - Less projects available now due to recent significant changes in their client portfolio, leading to fewer new opportunities - Heavy reliance on few large clients - High employee turnover - Internal HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition departments are all over the place lately and seem out of sync with each other
