HORRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU - Marketing Related Employee Review

Horrible, awful, terrible run company. Work/life balance is non-existent. Emails coming in at all hours, weekends, holidays. It never, ever stops. Expectations are for you to work until the executives decide the work is done. Doesn't matter if that means 2AM or 11PM. And anyone on the project is forced to do the same, regardless of what team they are on. Completely antiquated leadership team DEMANDS in-office 5-days per week with 0 exceptions. People have been fired for needing to pick their children up from school on limited notice if it meant not coming into the office. A colleague of mine contracted COVID and was forced to show proof that she needed to stay home. I haven't ever written a Glassdoor review. I am making an exception for this company. Avoid. For your own mental health and the mental health of those around you. Don't say I didn't warn you.
