Good work-life balance but poor technical leadership - Engineering Manager Relay Network Employee Review

None, I was there for 2 months as an intern and loved it!

-Fully remote -Great colleagues -Flexible schedule -Good pay

-Changes in CEO seemed to have taken a turn in overall company morale -Layoffs put extreme pressure on implementation, support, product, and engineering to produce the same output with less resources. -Productive employees end up picking up the slack for others. While it is visible and acknowledge, no action is taken. -Leadership still pushing for 'moving fast and delivering' while having to play product support simultaneously -Lack of overall product knowledge from leaderships within org. -Very top heavy for such a small organization
