Pros

The main reasons I really enjoy working for Relay42 are: 1. I have the opportunity to directly help grow and shape the company. This experience is invaluable. 2. We have one of the best products and I genuinely feel like we all really believe in it. This, in combination with working with some brilliant, smart people creates an innovative and fast paced environment - which I love. 3. One of the most important things to me is trust - Relay42 trusts me to know what is going to make me most productive. If that means starting a bit later in the day so I can make a morning gym class or working from home.

Cons

For people looking to join a very corporate, well-structured organization with every process and priority set in stone then this is not the environment for you. People that want to make an impact and be part of building our structure and processes and that consider themselves more of a self-starter will thrive at Relay!

Pros

Relay42 is a great place to work. Everyone is great and supportive, and they make you feel part of the team from the very beginning. As for the internship itself, you learn a lot about privacy and compliance as you are involved in different tasks from the beginning which helps you to understand how everything works in practice. Also, you often get to interact with people from different departments which makes everything much more interesting. All in all, a very positive experience!

Cons

The only con I can think of is that it is not always clear whether there will be opportunities to stay or not once the internship is over. But even then they are transparent about it and willing to help.
