Untrained, uneducated and unprofessional people in higher levels and upper management. Business practices seem unreliable and extremely unprofessional. No concern for personal safety and the safety of the workers as far as health concerns. HR was very inexperienced. Not a lot of time off or company holidays. Literally, $50 (cash) bonus at Christmas like it was a big deal. Very much an clique environment and they do not want innovation or free thought in their facility. They want soldiers. Horrible place to work.
