Pros

Relearnit has been the best company I have worked for in my 9 years in higher education. The company is comprised of experienced and empathetic people who put people before business. There is a level of fairness and compassion unlike anything I have experienced at work. The pay and benefits are extremely competitive. The culture and morale has improved significantly over the last 2 years. The company is growing in all the right ways, creating unlimited possibilities and opportunities. Relearnit is a great place to work and I will continue referring people here!

Cons

Relearnit is a relatively small company, which some may see as a con (not me). There are still some core processes being developed and/or worked out, but that is normal for any company.

Pros

At Relearnit, there is an evident and deep-seated commitment to both our university partners and our fellow team members. Dr. Wagner's substantial investment in the Relearnit team is a driving force behind the achievement of our impactful vision. This is manifested through a comprehensive benefits package that goes above and beyond industry norms, coupled with a time-off policy that sets a new standard. Also, Relearnit operates under the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), providing remarkable clarity to every employee about their role and contribution.

Cons

As is natural with any burgeoning small business, there exists untapped potential for growth and enhancement. However, it's important to note that the Relearnit leadership team is unwaveringly committed to upholding our core values and progressing in this direction

Pros

Relearnit is a fully remote company at this point, Most of the leadership is understanding and generally flexible with most of their direct reports. Pay is on par with the 'average' from what I have seen online.

Cons

Needs more organization and standard processes implemented for day to day work. High stress and expect to work some overtime a couple days a month.
