+ You get a wide scope to multiply your creative horizon. Because ideas, well, they are always accepted (unless you are not trying to paint an opera) + If you are not a complete anti-social animal, trust me, just like any company, management here does listen to you and give favors. Being practical is welcomed, however. +You can fight your way to prove a point or get a work done by someone or go full sarcastic or rebel or love or hate or die without having to be afraid of getting fired. That's why it's cool that ways. Because, being human.

- No designated smoking area for heavy smokers. People like me who don't smoke get all populated within and then get sick. -Dependency: You can't depend. You are on you own. (Also a Pro, i guess) - Too much of black and white: You see, if everything is extreme, on the edge, at the zeinth, within the cube, just around the layer, just a little bit to the left. If perfection is not in control but also in letting go.. then you don't enjoy breaking rules. And that's a con.

No positive point. everything is worst here. Management has the skills to cheat the candidates, employees & customer's very well. Proof is all the good reviews (5 star rating's), written on glass door by management & HR.

- Very suffocating environment for employees. Lack working culture. - No career & financial growth in the company. You will forget whatever you have learned throughout your career...So many deductions on salary (like late coming, pli deduction (without any reason) etc...) - Salary never comes on time. - There is clueless ,endless and view-less work you are forced to do, even you are not allowed to have a tea breaks to get some relax. Your will never get fat in thsi company because they won't give you proper time and environment to eat.. - No Job security... Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor. Volatile decision making, which changes every day based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. Beware, join the company at your own risk.
