The company has a micromanagement culture, the founders meticulously scrutinize every detail and decision, hindering employee autonomy and creativity. This excessive micromanagement not only impeded productivity but also impacted the trust between management and employees. Moreover, the founders displayed inconsistency and a lack of commitment to established strategies. They frequently changed directions, causing instability and confusion within the company. As a result, employees felt demotivated and uncertain about their roles and responsibilities, further contributing to a disengaged workforce.
