Pros
Pay was good, but once I was working there, it was NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Benefits were lousy and expensive, so whatever extra money I made on salary over my last position went towards 401k which they did not match, expensive low quality insurance.
Cons
I was fortunate not to have to be in the office every day. That office was like a torture chamber. I have never seen such erratic, unfair treatment of employees in the office when I had the "pleasure" of being there for a day or two....things like getting written up for not having a lid on a glass of water, being late due to a wreck on the Interstate despite calling in....but others would do the same thing and not get any reprimand whatsoever. No consistency whatsoever. The management would also ask very weird, personal questions that were very unprofessional and none of their business. ....things about marital situations and religion. I have never worked anyplace where management did not support their team to do the very best they could and bring in the most revenue/projects possible. This place is on a suicide mission. I have never seen such high turnover in employees and such a reign of terror by management. I would caution anyone thinking of accepting an offer from this company to really think long and hard about it and read the other reviews here. I do not know who wrote them specifically, but I lived it like they did and I regret having this sorry excuse for a company on my resume. Proceed with caution. They aren't worth it. If you enjoy being second guessed, yelled at, cursed at, and receiving empty promise after empty promise, this will be a paradise in which to work.
