      Pros

      Money .. they pay relatvely well to fry your brain with irrelevant and directionless work. Also, location based services are definitely great to put on your resume.

      Cons

      Run like a school classroom in a bad school, where all the employees are presumed to be bad boys who are always lazy and don't know anything about their field (even though they were hired for that knowledge). Not a place where you would grow professionally.

      It has been in startup phase so great opportunity for learning. Also got the business insight and future plan to grow a company. If you have funds it tells you in which thing you have to prioritise and then invest
