Strong leadership presence is a strong force within our organization. Building on the fundamentals of empowerment, growth, accountability, and accomplishment is a cornerstone of who we are. Change Management is necessary to evolve in this space, and the enterprise has made incredible strides in equipping us all in all levels.
Cons
Since leadership is continuously challenging the status quo from constant business initiatives to inspiring continued empowerment and self-sufficiency within a team member's role, I would love to explore the possibility of greater supporting methods for those who are struggling with their performance and offer HR workshops on a frequent cadence to allow all team members including leadership the ability and confidence to navigate personal and/or challenges.
