As a current employee at Reliance One, I can genuinely say I enjoy my job, and really value the culture. I had no experience starting out as a recruiter and my colleagues were so helpful, walking me through each process and encouraging me along the way. My coworkers and Management team are really supportive of my growth, and they offer flexibility in the job including working from home and providing the right technology to be successful working at home.
Cons
Being in the staffing industry requires answering a call from a current employee in the evening or on the weekends to follow up on how an interview went or how their first day was.
