Pros
Having management that is now open to change has been wonderful - we have had a lot of positive change in the past 3 years from a casual dress code to working from home and many fun team events (mac and cheese and chilly cook off are my favorites)! We put a large focus on being there for our teammates and have the best people! They really work to incentivize their employees with monthly and quarterly challenges.
Cons
Growth opportunities are very limited. Working in staffing brings unpredictability. Large separation between the sales and recruiting team.
