I believe upper management is what makes the company seem bad for employees. Feel as though they look down on certain employees like they are incapable of doing the same tasks. Employees are not appreciated as much as they deserve to be and it seems like everyone puts their work off on someone else. For the amount of work you do the pay could be better. Doesn't seem like much room for advancement and management does not encourage you to grow with the company even if you ask. There are no written policies or much structure so new employees pretty much learn as they go or someone other than their direct supervisor trains them in the way they work. Employee turnover is high seems like every 3-6 months and there is no communication at all between departments.
