Okay place to work, but not for long - Customer Support Representative Reliant Employee Review

Great company to work for.

Can be confusing and demanding at times but every issue can be resolved by using confluence to look up procedures.

Comfortable office and good pay. I thought it was cool that video games are there for employees to play anytime they want, until I played the game one time during a lunch break and was reprimanded for not “focusing” during work. I learned quickly that me being the one of the very few blacks there, was not welcome to the activities offered to everyone else.
