      1. Accounting department is very friendly and easy to work with 2. Healthcare 3. Good hybrid schedule (40% in office 60% remote)

      Cons

      1. Insane work load that will make you work on the weekends and until 1 or 2 am regularly. 2. Higher ups will not listen to the accounting staff. 3. Terrible PTO structure

      The pay is great. Working remotely is nice.

      Cons

      Ever changing responsibilities, micromanaging, you will be expected to train your AI replacement. Accountability for mistakes often falls on the last person to handle an account, not on those that made the mistakes.
