Let's face it; Albuquerque employment is generally not top-notch in any respect. This company provides a better working environment with more opportunity for growth than the vast majority of NM employers. Those who are willing to work their way up will find a respectful team who supports your talent and strong work drive. Lots of mentoring here and many genuinely caring teammates
Cons
For salaried employees PTO accrues incredibly slowly. Dedicated employees should never feel stuck between meeting their family/personal needs and being at work, especially when they can make up the hours at a later time with no productivity impact. I understand the new general manager of operations is working toward improvement in this area, so here's hoping the culture shifts in the right direction.
