Pros
There's a reason I've been at Reload over 7 years and it comes down to quite a few elements. Firstly, the culture - everyone at the company is so friendly, supportive & genuinely care about their fellow team members. You get to work with many different people, in different levels of seniority & team, meaning you build very strong relationships with many people in the business. This also transpires to out of work, with lots of fun events always planned & happening spontaniously! The work itself is also really interesting - we work with great brands operating across multiple markets, and whose day-to-day contacts' have years of digital experience, meaning I'm contantly being challenged & learing something new. To support this, Reload has a great focus on PD, from dedicated PD budgets & days, to industry events. With that focus on PD, also ownership & fast progression: everyone has the opportunity to "step up" and take on more responsibility outside of their core role. This has meant that over my time at Reload, I've been able to experience different elements of the business & find my "niche" focus. Finally, Reload is very transparent, meaning we have visbility over the business' results, know the strategic direction of the company & how each team member's role fits into that.
Cons
No cons from my side, but more a note that Reload is only for people genuinely care about their work, their clients results & the people they work with. This is agency that gives opportunity to every team member to help grow Reload, but that means it doesn't have room for people to sit back & coast!
