Due to the size of the organization there may be limited career growth.

The leadership team could not be more kind and wonderful. They truly care about everyone and will do anything that they can to assist. They take feedback very seriously and work to come up with a plan that suits as many people as possible. The other employees are also so kind and willing to help or train in anything that they can. The environment is so genuine.

There aren't as many boundaries in place as I think there should be. When a member of leadership is out of the office, they almost always still check their email or say that they're available on their cell phone. They never expect that when their employees are out, but it still makes me uncomfortable that they are so available.
