      Pros

      Management is phenomenal, understanding, and caring, which is something I'm not used to. Since I've been employed here I've felt welcomed and been able to learn and grow. I look forward to my future with Reltco.

      Managment that takes the time to listen to their team and take suggestions into consideration and implementation

      Pros

      All the way from Managment to the CEO we are kept up to date on what is going on. They do not like us to not be aware. Communication is great!

      Cons

      We do work long hours. It’s the industry tho so if you don’t like them it’s prob best you don’t work for a title company then.
