Pros
1. It's an India Limited company. 2. Gives Salary on time. 3. Co-workers are very helpful. 4. Job security is good. 5. Gives proper training after joining.
Cons
1. Management is very bad, they think themself as king of the kingdom. 2. Absolutely dumb Administration, they don't ever work on time. 3. They will promise you to give confirmation after 6months but even after 18months, they don't give confirmation sometime. 4. Will force everyone to generate lead and bring new customers. 5. Growth is very slow like nothing. 6. Lot of office politics. Management sometimes does divide and rule policy. 7. You will get everything in late like an Offer letter, Appointment letter any claimed reimbursement, Full and Final Settlement. 8. Sometimes the take your last mark sheet for job agreement, which is mostly not fair policy. Even after 18months after repeated requests, they don't want to return it. 9. They promise a lot of things in the appointment letter but unable to keep most of it. 10. Very few things to learn here. There are a lot more Cons but I considered the above points as important.
