Pros

If you are kept after 30 days, is a good way to learn the business and move on to a more reputable company.

Cons

Any good reviews were put here by the owner. DO NOT WORK HERE. The girls in the corporate office HATE the agents and treat them horrible and talk about how much they hate them behind their back. The owner is prone to go off in a rage at the drop of a dime for no reason. No REAL training is provided. They hire a lot because they fire most people in a month. They tend to hire people just to fill in spots where agents are on vacation then let new hires go when agents get back. No job security. VERY LONG HOURS where you are being watched on camera by a overgrown child with no empathy. Very unprofessional environment. Many corporate staff show up to work looking like they just rolled out of bed and have neck tattoos??? The offices are often run down, smelly, unclean and without functioning air conditioning and you as staff are blamed for the owner not servicing them. Many staff lie to the Spanish speaking community that they cater to. A lot of internal animosity. Corporate staff basically does nothing until owner shows up then blames the newest person in the room for why they are in a bad mood when they are just unprofessional and lazy. The corporate staff seems to be a lot of extended family type connections to the owner, so to communicate any issues is futile. Really bad place to work.

Remco Insurance Response

I've been working at this company for a few months and I know this review is from a disgruntled employee that wants to hurt the company because everything on here is false. I work closely with the owner and one of my jobs is to respond to reviews on Yelp and Google so I know positively the owner is not wasting his time writing up fake reviews. You can verify authenticity by contacting people that have left reviews here before. In corporate we're answering calls from agents all over Texas to help them in whatever they may need. Training is a week or more for new hires depending on how quick they learn. After training there is a Agency Help Line they can call if they have any questions and it's answered my somebody in corporate. The agents that got hired when I got hired are still here. The only people that get fired are the ones that don't want to work, call-in a lot, or steal. If you go to work to work, then you'll have nothing to worry about. The idea that we would hire somebody and train them just so another employee can go on vacation is ridiculous. Dress requirement is business casual and we care more if an employee gives good customer service than if they have any tattoos. We don't lie to our customers, period. Our customers come here because of our great rates and customer service. I know because I see the reviews every day. There's way more good than bad.
