      Never a dull moment at RCP. Constant stream of work, kept employed during Covid.

      Make sure to create time for yourself. It’s easy to get lost in the craziness of it all.

      - Everybody shows up to work hard. - Working with film music is fast paced and exciting. - Some of the best musicians, composers, and filmmakers in the industry come through the studio. - I learn a new skill almost everyday.

      Cons

      - Long work hours - Most demands placed on employees are very reasonable, but there are times when tasks can seem nearly impossible
