Here, I’m empowered to work independently, take initiative, and share my ideas and perspectives openly, while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

      As we work fully remotely, we are not able to better know our colleagues.

      Pros

      I enjoy working for Remote People because we have a collaborative team and leaders who listen to feedback. They try to actually understand the problems we face every day and implement ways to resolve them as much as possible.

      Cons

      It does feel like we are understaffed, but filling those roles with experienced people may also be a challenge.
