      Cons

      Since the company is fully remote, you do miss out on spontaneous "water cooler" chats, but the team makes up for it with well-organized virtual social events.

      Pros

      I enjoy working for Remote People because we have a collaborative team and leaders who listen to feedback. They try to actually understand the problems we face every day and implement ways to resolve them as much as possible.

      Cons

      It does feel like we are understaffed, but filling those roles with experienced people may also be a challenge.
