Pros
The company's mission to provide free remote roofing inspections is super unique. I've gotten to work on some big projects during my internship and I actually don't feel like an intern because I feel like my ideas are considered.
The entire company is made up of people from various cities, states, and countries which makes it an exciting and diverse experience.
Cons
It's a very young tech startup. There's not a lot of defined processes yet, which can lead to confusion, miscommunication, etc. The company is still working through this, but the future looks bright for this group of talented leaders.
