Hi Thanks for your review and always appreciate a candid feedback. We like the fact that you think the company offered you opportunities to learn new tech and that the project managers were supportive. This is a very integral part of our culture and who we are as a company and where we want to be. During the pandemic months, we did see a slowdown in the projects pipeline and slowed our hiring as well which also resulted in the salary hikes being on a freeze. However, I would like to add that this story is steadily changing for us as we have bagged a few new projects and many more are in the pipeline from different areas of services that we offer plus some from the new services that we are venturing into.
