      I worked there for 10 months. Some very nice people work here. flexible hours

      Cons

      Terrible Communication. Do not know what they want. Low Pay and no where to move up

      - Flexible schedule - Close relationships with team, manager, and higher-ups - Performance reviews and acknowledgement - Excellent people, skilled and knowledgeable and super kind

      Cons

      - Interogranizational communication is lacking - Return to office mandates - Layoffs - Not great pay, not incentivized for going above and beyond unless you like thank yous
