Pros

Coming from B2C sales gigs, I couldn't ask for a better first experience in Tech. Awesome team and sick culture. Everyone's really supportive and wants what's best for each other. Product is super unique and genuinely really helps the clients. You'll learn heaps and get to speak to Director's and Executives at large companies which is a buzz!

Cons

Not really a con but be prepared to work hard.

Meaningful work helping people and businesses manage online reputations Fast-growing company with lots of opportunity to learn and take ownership Supportive and approachable team culture Exposure to a wide range of clients and industries

Cons

Processes and internal structure can still feel a bit unpolished at times Workload requires very long days for most of the sales team (10-12 hours) Communication between teams can be improved Decisions can sometimes take a while, and might be at the whim of other priorities

Pros

Small, supportive tech team with a genuinely good culture. Great place to learn quickly, take ownership, and work on things that have real impact on the business. Good work life balance with expectations to deliver, but not too much pressure or micromanagement.

Cons

There can be a lack of structure and process at times, which can make prioritisation and execution harder than it needs to be.
