Pros

Long hours (more money), Residents are sweethearts

Cons

Drama, Unprofessional, Worst Training, Inconsistent schedule, Management will say to "avoid any conflict" but will end up causing that themselves. She might even specify on who to avoid by exploiting their names. Expect to be written up on your first day of training for not operating a dish washer quick enough for them (without being trained to use it). Management will go behind your back and talk about you to other employees (another employee will tell you what was said). Leave your phone at home! Otherwise they will accuse you of using it (without checking the camera in your defense). You will be asked to do tons of work while everyone else stands around watching you. Which I personally didn't mind, I enjoy moving around and hearing residents tell me "it's so lazy of the workers to stand over there just chatting while you work". Labor laws will be violated and if you mention that than you will be terminated or written up for nothing and without an oral confrontation. SAVE YOUR TIME, APPLY SOMEWHERE ELSE. They definitely favor certain employees. Oh and no tips, in case anyone was wondering. I can say that I'm grateful to be out of that work environment.
