      Pros

      A good company to start your career, and the pay is good at the beginning. You can learn everything related to parts development, car production and even some great stuff that you cannot learn everywhere else

      Cons

      No actual benefits, just a once per year bonus which is less than 1200 lei. Only 21 free days per year if no work experience..

      Pros

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
