      Great young team Everyday work involves preparing presentations of the issues and the proposed solution to the management , which leads to developing of communication/presentation skills - Teamwork is encouraged

      -Usually for large companies bureaucracy is a problem - Electronics acquisitions can last up to a few months which delays you in implementing your projects

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
